610 Warren Street, Boerum Hill
The proposed project at 610 Warren Street, Boerum Hill is developed by Adam America Real Estate and designed by Issac & Stern. The building will span over 36,000 square feet of residential space and have 31 apartments. The average size of each unit will be 1,150 square feet. The building will have duplex units at the top of the building and a parking garage on the ground floor.
1535 Bedford Avenue, Crown Heights
As per the latest renderings, 1535 Bedford Avenue, Crown Heights project will locate on the northeastern corner of Bedford Avenue and Eastern Parkway. The building structure is rectangular and will have 133 apartments spread over 91,000 square feet of the residential area. The average size of each unit will be 690 square feet. The site currently has a gas station and car wash. The building will feature a basketball court, a roof deck, and a gym.
