Ramy Issac is a well-renowned New York-based architect, who was born in Israel and moved to the United States in 1981. He is not only a popular architect but also an award-winning artist. He has more than 30 years of experience in designing timeless, modern, and functional building designs. His designs are a combination of aesthetics and functionality and are refined with extreme care and attention to detail.


After working with Emory Roth & Sons for seven years, Ramy Issac established his own firm, Issac & Stern Architects, in 1988. His architecture has a team of professional, experienced, and creative architects who have spent more than a decade gaining experience in designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. While grounded in the principles of decorative and functional architectural designs, Issac & Stern Architects has a versatile portfolio ranging from conventional to modern architectural designs.

Seven-Story Condominium Building At 429 Tompkins Avenue In Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn

Issac & Stern Architects has recently worked on a seven-story condominium building, which is under construction. The project is being established at 429 Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, and will have 40 units in total, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The project is developed by Dragonfly Design Build LLC. The design of the building will be contemporary wrapped in a mix of black, gray, and red brick with industrial-style windows. There will be private terraces for selected residential units and stacked balconies lined with glass railings for every unit. Other amenities include a modest outdoor terrace, cellar-level storage, and dedicated parking facilities.


815 Broadway In Greenwich Village, Manhattan


The next project will be located at 815 Broadway In Greenwich Village, Manhattan, which will be an 11-story mixed-use building. The proposed project will be 124 feet tall spanning 33,521 square feet. 28,059 square feet is dedicated to the residential space whereas 1,941 square feet is allocated for commercial space. There will be 40 residences, a 40-foot long rear yard, and a cellar.


324 East 93rd Street On The Upper East Side


Issac & Stern Architects has also worked on a new six-story condominium building at 324 East 93rd Street On The Upper East Side, Manhattan. The project is developed by Immobiliare Capital and Nexus Building Development Group in Collaboration. The building will cover an area of 13,500 square feet. The building features a contemporary design with industrial style and floor-to-ceiling warehouse-like windows.
