They have recently unveiled their latest project, a forthcoming condominium building located at 1009 Second Avenue in Turtle Bay, Manhattan.

The new condo development located in one of the most promising areas of Midtown East and Sutton Place, 1009 Second Avenue, is the latest and one of the most awaited projects of Issac & Stern Architects. The building is ideally located to showcase the most stunning views of the East River. The development project consists of replacing the existing two-story commercial building and converting it into a 19-story building with an attractive elevation design. Issac & Stern is designing the latest project with NAL Development’s project development team, and the Interiors design will be by Input Creative Studio.
The building is designed to have 19-stories of modern residential units equipped with a range of amenities. It will be approximately 210 feet above the ground, covering a total area of 51,000 square feet. The building will feature a sleek modern lounge, fitness facilities, a rooftop terrace, and many other amenities.
Issac & Stern Architects is best known
for its modern aesthetics and functional building designs. In this project, Issac & Stern Architects showcased a modern façade design with large glass enclosures and double-height windows in a staggered pattern. The façade comprises pale gray masonry, inlaid gray metal ribbons, and thin gray mullions.
The 19-story modern residential complex will have a total of 29 residential condominium units featuring setback floors and penthouses from floors 14-18. The project is currently undergoing the construction phase. It is estimated to be completed by 2022 at the latest.
