New small construction is completed at 225 14 street in Park slope, Brooklyn. Ramy Issac, along with his expert team, has designed and worked on the Park slope’s building, located at 225 14’ street. The renowned architect, Ramy Issac, presented its blueprint in March 2016 and YIMBY revealed its design. The building’s exterior catches the attention of the wayfarer since it has a brick facade that gives it a historically-minded touch. The remarkable building has nine condominiums, with 5 floors. The original permits are not the same now as filed back in March 2016 and have been changed substantially in April of 2017.

The small building is one of the stunning designs of Ramy Issac. It covers an area of 11,970 square feet and is purposed for residential space. The building stands 50 feet tall, bestowing its breath-taking urban look. The exterior design of the building is perfectly in sync with the street walls of surrounding buildings, enhancing its aesthetic qualities. It has multiple large windows attached vertically to match the overall luxurious sight. On its 5th floor, there is an extension of a small area. The entire construction is handled by Harel Edrey of EDG Development. The building is ready to move and acquire for residential purposes.
